so it purely goes by peoples memories, this is something i think i may need to take into my own hands or something So i'm really hoping that there are others out there who remember these and want to see and help them get archived and possibly playable once more, there isnt even currently anywhere online where a list of known sky games or much discussion. With all that in mind there are literally thousands of games that are completly lost to time, that almost every single person from my country reading this wouldve had SOME form of interaction with at some point in thier lives These games factor into alot of peoples early satiliette memories and childhoodsĭue to the popularity of said games other digital boxes, such as NTL brought there own games to there own boxes as well

You also had Playjam and Sky Play ( iirc thats the name) where there were pay as you play games/ slot machines etc. Otwo i can remember vividly are a fairly odd parents worms clone and a shark game on discovery where you try to show a picture before being eaten by a shark Specific channels like sky one, cartoon network, nickelodeon, discovery kids, disney etc all started putting free and paid games via red button connectivitiy

Then others came by quickly and joined up I'm not sure if anyones ever found footage of these games to confirm the existance of some of them hell even if we find the games idk if theres a emulator or way to emulate them to work ( i mean we have tiger lcd game emulators so i suppose its feasable)īut yeah back in the day you had Beehive Bedlam, Corporal Cluck, Fathom/Fathom 2, King Tutti and Bumble Tumble these where the original free games you could play I'm sure if you have clicked on this you are either curious and have no idea or are thinking spefically of beehive bedlem which can still be played today but theres a plethora of lost games from late 90's onwards which i dont feel gets covered enough
